Our 20mm Interlocking EVA Foam Mats (Edging Included) are a practical choice for gyms, training spaces, and home setups. Designed for stability and comfort, they’re ideal for striking, fitness training, yoga, or kids’ play areas where heavy impact protection isn’t required.
For striking, fitness, or multipurpose use, 20mm mats provide an affordable and effective flooring solution.
For grappling, throws, wrestling, or Jiu-Jitsu, we recommend our thicker 40mm mats, which offer superior shock absorption and joint protection during takedowns and groundwork.
